Your orders are transported by Swiss Post
After shipping, you will automatically receive a tracking number for your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders confirmed before 1pm are normally dispatched the same day from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays (VD), December 24th and 31st will be shipped the next working day.
The deadlines announced by Swiss Post are as follows for orders confirmed before 1:00 p.m. :

The indicated deadlines are indicative and without any commitment. Happy Officine cannot be held responsible in case of delay or failure by the transport companies.
If you wish to return an item(s)?
You have 30 days from the date of order.
The return journey is free of charge.
The item(s) must not have been opened, damaged and in it's original packaging.
Sale items cannot be returned.
How to proceed?Use the contact form and tell us the following:
- Your full name, order number and date of the order
- Item(s) concerned to return
We will provide you with the return address and the label for the free return of the item.
After verification of the returned item(s), we will send you a voucher for the value of the item(s) within a maximum of 8 days.
